Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Execute brand-consistent VM flips, window activations, signage and updates.
• Style product displays and mannequin presentations to drive sell-through.
• Adhere to brand standards for product storytelling and placement.
• Provide on-floor product education and assist guests with questions.
• Offer in-the-moment training to team members on display techniques.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
