Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute VM changes, window activations, signage, and seasonal merchandise updates as directed.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques to team members.
