Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs. replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
