Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers needing technology support and solutions for computers and devices at our Rogers, AR store.

You'll receive training to assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs while helping family and friends with tech questions in a friendly, helpful environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
