Job summary

Best Buy Saint Louis is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for customers needing technology support, guidance, and solutions for computers and devices. You’ll receive training to assess needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

As part of our team, you’ll help customers set up devices, provide time estimates, and maintain up-to-date knowledge through certified training courses while working a flexible schedule that includes

Qualifications

3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and giving time estimates.
Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.
Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
