Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support in-store. You will assess customer needs, provide basic services, and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs while building trusted relationships with shoppers.

You’ll help customers set up devices, explain repair vs replace options, and communicate status updates. The role requires a friendly, tech-savvy team member who can work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and giving accurate next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise whether to repair or replace old devices.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses and partner with fellow agents.
