Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers, while generating excitement for Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options and empower them to get the most from their Apple devices.

You will stay current on Apple products, assist with repairs, and partner with team leaders to improve service quality, while delivering inclusive, high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting steps in a customer service setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and care for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for selected Apple hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Provide excellent service by understanding needs and educating customers on purchases.
• Perform other tasks to support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and respect differences.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity daily.
