Job summary

Comcast is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service in-store. You will meet sales targets, assist with account information, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand/store-walk continuously. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, and updating account data.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive store environment and linking products to customers’ lives.
