Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, punctual attendance and ability to lift 25-pound boxes.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account questions and service changes in-store.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
