Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, and updating account data as needed.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining expert-level knowledge of technology and Comcast offerings.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive store environment and connecting products to customers’ daily lives.
