Job summary

Comcast is seeking retail associates to engage customers, demonstrate features, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment. You will help customers understand billing, upgrade services, and process general service requests while acting as a Comcast/Xfinity brand ambassador.

The role emphasizes energetic product explanation, dedication to customer satisfaction, and teamwork in a dynamic retail setting with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to accounts, upgrade levels.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on offerings.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment and connect products to customers’ lives.
