Job summary

Comcast is seeking a proactive in-store sales associate to drive product demonstrations, deliver excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. You will explain Comcast/Xfinity features, assist customers with account questions, and promote a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Role requires reliability, ability to lift boxes, evenings and weekend availability, and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment with product integration into customers’ daily life.
• Adhering to retail operational policies to maintain a professional store environment.
