Job summary

Comcast is hiring for a Retail Sales position in our Xfinity stores. You will engage customers, demonstrate product features, and provide outstanding service while helping customers understand their statements and pay bills in-store.

You will promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain strong product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility for a full-time, variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Adjusting to a full time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required)
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
