Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store team with account reviews, product recommendations, data transfers and guest queue triage.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and suggest products and services.
• Build personal connections to make tech simple for guests.
