Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews and merchandise in-store.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Assist team with data transfers, queue triage, and store operations during busy periods.
• Contribute to a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
