Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandise, data transfers, and customer queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections to make tech easy for guests.
