Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative in a retail store. You will deliver world-class service, support the sales process, and connect guests to essential technology solutions.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative, energetic team. Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, and guest interactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming storefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Identify guest needs and present product and service recommendations.
• Create personal connections and make tech look simple for customers.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional service.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through.
