Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. As a part-time Sales Support Representative, you will support the sales process, manage merchandising, and ensure an outstanding in-store experience.

You will work with store leaders to assist with guest interactions, account reviews, and product recommendations, while maintaining store cleanliness and operational duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds; ability to stand for long periods.
• Training: four-day New Hire University (NHU) within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
