Qualifications

• Customer service experience, retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to resolve needs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Build personal connections with guests to simplify tech and enhance their experience.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Assist with guest interactions, account reviews, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
