Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to join our local store team. In this role, you’ll provide essential technology support to our customers, diagnosing and repairing various devices.

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by effectively communicating and partnering with other Geek Squad Agents. As a technician, you will handle repairs through troubleshooting and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing or repairing technology products.
• Experience with consumer electronics.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations.
