Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) at our Vero Beach store. This part-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing and supporting customers' devices while delivering an outstanding service experience.

You’ll perform diagnostics, follow procedures, and document repairs, collaborating with Geek Squad Agents. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair devices, and assist customers in-person or by phone.
• Establish timely follow-ups and meet or exceed expectations.
• Document customer requests and repairs with team collaboration.
• Ensure repairs are completed promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge through training courses.
