Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, seeks a part-time Sales Support Representative in Oregon to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will assist with account reviews, product recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during peak times, while helping maintain store appearance and operations.

You will provide product benefits, connect customers with what matters most, and create personal connections to make tech look simple.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting with guest interactions and follow-through.
