Job summary

Victra, Verizon's premier retailer in the United States, is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Representative to help deliver an exceptional in-store guest experience. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most while representing the Victra brand.

Responsibilities include assisting with account reviews, merchandising, customer service during busy periods, and creating personal connections to make tech approachable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product and service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and follow-through.
