Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to every guest in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role focuses on supporting sales processes, in-store merchandising, and providing product knowledge to help guests connect with what matters most.

You will conduct account reviews, make product recommendations, and ensure a positive, memorable experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with guests.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and guest queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Create personal connections to make tech simple and approachable for guests.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through to ensure satisfaction.
