Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while growing the local TurboTax client base.

The role requires on-site presence, a tax expert background (EA/CPA/attorney preferred), and a commitment to customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and build long-term relationships.
