Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

Join a collaborative team of tax professionals, grow your client base in the local community, and participate in marketing efforts and events.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must be onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends included.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and related licenses/certifications.
Comfortable in front-facing retail environment and building client relationships.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
Build local community presence and grow a client base with marketing support.
Represent TurboTax professionally in a retail setting and maintain customer trust.
