Job summary

Intuit is seeking qualified TurboTax - Retail Experts to perform in-person tax return preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will engage customers, provide tax planning, and help grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing support.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), and a willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community through outreach and marketing support.
