Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, becoming a trusted advisor in the local community.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base by promoting services, attending community events, and delivering timely, accurate tax solutions in plain language while representing a premier brand in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with local prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and a long-term relationship with clients in person and via TurboTax tools.
