Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while representing TurboTax in the local community. This non-exempt, front-facing role requires flexibility to work Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
