Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized solutions in a friendly, community-focused environment.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, participate in local marketing efforts, and help grow the TurboTax client base, while supporting Intuit’s mission of empowering financial prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, minimum 20 hours per week
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment
• Strong customer service and community engagement mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax’s presence in the community.
• Represent TurboTax at local events and through marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
