Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work onsite, provide tax preparation services, and engage with the local community to make tax topics approachable.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service excellence, and developing a local presence, with opportunities to collaborate on marketing efforts and grow client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit’s video tools; address client inquiries and tax-related challenges.
