Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex filings and maximize refunds.

This role emphasizes community outreach, ongoing customer relationships, and a strong pay-for-performance culture. Applicants should be licensed tax professionals, able to work weekends, and comfortable in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects and marketing events.
