Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to personal and small business clients, while building local relationships and driving customer loyalty. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing collaboration, and growing the TurboTax client base.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (1040).
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as the public face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
