Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing collaboration, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a friendly retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S., 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to build local communities and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory and front-facing retail roles.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes accessible to clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via TurboTax tools.
