Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will apply tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while representing Intuit in the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role requires residency in the United States and offers opportunities with marketing support and benefits; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to obtain state licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers; provide tax advice and software support.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional on-site customer experience and handle inquiries with professional guidance.
