Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong relationships with local clients.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and participate in local marketing efforts. A front-facing retail role requires onsite availability and strong tax expertise.

Qualifications

• Active professional licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and generate new client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and turn one-time transactions into long-term relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts and leverage TurboTax tools to grow the client base.
