Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds while building local relationships and a thriving client base in your community. This is a year-round, non-exempt on-site role with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing Intuit’s presence through local marketing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must maintain state licenses or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to grow local client base and engage the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Use government sites and tools to provide accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
