Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will assist customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, delivering a trusted advisory experience. You will help grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in local marketing with TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active tax license and PTIN required.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (federal & state).
• Able to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Assist with local marketing and client outreach.
