Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will engage customers, grow the local client base, and participate in marketing efforts to make taxes approachable in the community. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence with a flexible 20+ hours per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local community presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
