Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong tax expertise and the ability to engage with community members. A valid tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) and 3+ years of returns experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
