Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, helping them navigate tax needs with clarity and care.

You will grow TurboTax's client base in the local community, engaging customers through outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds where applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
