Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong community relationships.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, growing the client base, and delivering top-tier service in a front-facing retail setting. Must reside in the United States; California compensation details noted below.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Leverage government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging community and marketing efforts.
