Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice to customers, leveraging your tax expertise and local market knowledge to grow the client base and build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing involvement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work onsite.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Perform discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local relationships to grow the client base.
