Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and fostering loyalty in the community.

This role emphasizes tax expertise, client relations, and marketing-assisted outreach, with pay and benefits offered in a performance-driven environment. You must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, tools, and team expertise.
• Create positive client experiences and build long-term relationships.
