Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

You will also grow TurboTax’s local client base by engaging with the community, establishing relationships, and supporting local marketing initiatives. The role is non-exempt and requires 20+ hours weekly on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead community outreach and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and generate trust during visits.
• Support local marketing efforts and explain tax concepts in plain language.
