Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, helping clients achieve favorable financial outcomes while growing the local customer base.

You’ll work on-site with a team of tax professionals, offering personalized service and leveraging marketing support to expand TurboTax’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, including weekends.
• Reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.
