Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.

You will grow the local client base and drive customer loyalty by delivering personalized tax solutions in a community setting. You will interact with customers in-person, leveraging government resources and team expertise to simplify tax questions, aiming for accurate

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN for filing taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filing.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work in TurboTax locations, Sundays to Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
