Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, serving in-person customers and delivering full-service tax preparation and advice. As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and use TurboTax tools to maximize refunds and provide planning guidance.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires a valid tax license, 20+ hours weekly, and a customer-first mindset with bilingual

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s for federal and state filings.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice to customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing.
