Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and driving loyalty.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing participation, and building ongoing relationships, with on-site hours and a strong pay-for-performance framework.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local/online social presence for TurboTax experts.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries.
