Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds using TurboTax tools.

You’ll also drive local client growth and engage with the community through marketing efforts and trusted advisory services. You must have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and a PTIN, with a minimum 3 years of real-world returns experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and support local marketing efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
